Thomas ★★★★★

Took a chance on a pre-owned unit and couldn't be happier—the Balanced Optical SteadyShot is incredibly smooth even when I'm walking fast. Zooming in at 20x optical for birds in my backyard and the 4K footage is razor sharp.

Emily H. ★★★★★

Used it for a weekend hiking trip and the 20x optical zoom pulled in a distant waterfall crisply, no blur at full stretch. The 4K footage on my TV looks like I was standing right there, not 100 yards away. Honestly, it's the best pre-owned purchase I've made in years.

Stella ★★★★★

The Balanced Optical SteadyShot makes handheld shots incredibly smooth, even when I'm recording my kids running around. 4K video quality is sharp and the 20x optical zoom brings distant subjects in clearly without image shake. For a pre-owned model, this camcorder performs like new.
