Leo ★★★★★

The Hyper Sonic Motor is snappy and quiet even on this pre-owned copy, focusing quickly enough for my wildlife shots. Having the macro capability at such a long zoom range feels like getting two lenses in one, and the images stay surprisingly crisp at 300mm.

Alexander K. ★★★★★

I was really impressed with how sharp the images are even at 300mm, and the close-focusing distance of 39cm is perfect for detailed macro-style shots. The Hyper Sonic Motor locks focus fast, which makes it a great all-in-one for travel.

Harper ★★★★★

The OS HSM autofocus is quick and quiet, which made tracking my toddler outside a breeze. It's nice having that 18-300mm range in one lens for travel, even if it's a bit heavy.
